Processing Time

For T-Shirts:
Until bulk production becomes available, please allow up to 7 days for processing before shipping begins.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For Ankara Dresses:
For each Ankara dress, production begins once your customized size has been confirmed.
Please allow up to 7 days for processing before shipping begins.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Nigeria (Domestic): 2–5 business days via local courier.

Shipping Fees

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Perishable or personalized items (e.g., custom prints) are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Request a Return

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please request an exchange when contacting us. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
